PAPILLON COOLUM – Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the guest acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

TENANTS

All tenants checking into any of our villas and signing the terms & conditions MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OLD unless accompanied by an adult. ID must be presented where requested.



LATE ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

Guests are required to call in advance to arrange arrivals after 5pm Mon-Sat. Sunday arrivals require the accommodation to be paid in full before arrival & arrangements for handover to be made in advance as the office is closed.Requests for late check out need to be pre-arranged & cannot be promised due to the nature of our business. Additional accommodation charges apply for check outs after 12pm. (1/2 DAY TARIFF)


EARLY DEPARTURES

Guests are required to make arrangements regarding the settlement of accounts & key drop off, for departures earlier than 9am. No refund will be given for departures prior to the booked date of departure.

 

CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay payable at time of making booking or within 3 business days if paying by cheque. If a cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to arrival date (28 days for high season) a refund will be given, less 15% administrative fee. If a cancellation is made less than 28 days in high season a refund will only be given, less 15% administrative fee, if the apartment is relet.


TARIFFS

Tariffs are subject to change without notice, INCLUDING SPECIALS. When the receipt of the deposit has confirmed a booking the quoted tariff will be honoured. Tariffs quoted include a maximum number of guests for each villa. Extra guests charges will apply as listed on the tariff page on our website.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept most credit cards & EFTPOS. Cheques are accepted for deposits only.

A valid credit card number or $1000 cash bond will be requested on arrival as security over the villa.


VILLA REQUESTS

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure specifically requested villas are allocated to your booking, we cannot guarantee changes will not occur due to the nature of the industry.


NOISE

Papillon Coolum aims to provide its guests with a peaceful & relaxing stay. As suggested in the Body Corporate By-Laws, any guest refusing to comply with the behaviour & noise standards risks immediate termination of the tenancy by management.
